The Boylston Lofts is the careful conversion of a historic River North loft building into distinctive rental residences. Our approach is straightforward: keep the original brick, timber, and light that make this building worth living in, and rebuild the systems, kitchens, and baths so they meet modern expectations.

The result is a small, well-run building where every apartment feels different, and every day feels a little quieter and more considered than the block outside.
